Dr Andrew Philip is a Lecturer in Film Studies, researcher and filmmaker, editor and animator.

Avowed film, photography, music and food nerd.

This is the original Nancy Philip, a globetrotting adventurer with a generous spirit.

Andrew's work has been shown in film festivals such as Gothenburg, New York Independent Film Festival and Sheffield DocFest, and TV work broadcast on HBO, BBC, Channel 4, Five, and Sky. As a commercial director, animator and editor, Andrew has produced work for Carhartt WIP, Beavertown, Nike, Umbro, Chandon, McLaren and many more. Andrew has also made music videos for Edwyn Collins and Robbie Williams.

Andrew currently teaches film practice and theory at Queen's University Belfast, where he also researches screen industry freelancers and film-philosophy and creative practice research.
